Palace, the London-based skateboard shop and clothing brand established in 2009, got its clout after being heavily worn by founder Levent Tanju and his skate team, Palace Wayward Boys Choir. Now, almost 11 years later, the brand’s popularity has risen immensely, and they recently announced a collaboration with the sneakers giant adidas.
Set to debut this Friday, August 14, and known simply as “Sunpal,” the short teaser was released on Twitter and features ocean waters and beaches, ending with a sailboat donning the word and name of the collection “Sunpal” on the side. However, more information about this collab remains unknown and under wraps for now. We speculate it could be a collection of skatewear or skateboards, but who knows?
This is not the first collaboration for the duo, as they introduced Lacas Puig’s new model back in May, and previously announced their Gold collaboration under Palace x adidas Golf earlier in February of this year. More details about these collaborations can be found on the website Palace x adidas.
