Birkenstock and Stüssy just came out with a minimalist dream shoe, a unisex clog. The pair have merged their “brand codes into a new classic” with this one. Known for it’s laid back footwear, Birkenstock hopes to gain some of the cult following that streetwear giant Stüssy has.
This silhouette is similar to the original Boston clog but instead of leather, the uppers are made of corduroy and the adjustable strap with a buckle. The cork foot-bed that we all love, coexists with a new integrated latex foam cushion with suede lining.
The plastic sole is lighter and more flexible than rubber. The clogs will be available in two colors, Anthracite and Bone. Clocking in at $200, the clogs will be available on stussy.com, and 1774.com today.
