Latin Artists leaving their mark on Pop/Hip-Hop

Latin music’s recent invasion of the American pop and rap charts is much more than just a trend. The flavor provided by Latin artists has long had an impact on the melting pot known as hip-hop. Artists currently at the forefront of genres such as reggaeton, bachata, Latin trap and urbano continue to cross over language barriers and cultural borders to become household names worldwide. Fans have grown accustomed to hearing the likes of Rosalía, J Balvin, Bad Bunny and others on tracks featuring hip-hop hit-makers from Internet Money to Travis Scott to Cardi B. Here are a few of the artists leading the current Latin wave.
