TikTok has done it again! The social networking platform has catapulted another song to the top of the charts. After trending on TikTok and receiving a record number of Spotify streams, 17-year-old actress and singer Olivia Rodrigo’s “Drivers License” debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100. Once a rare feat, debuting in the top spot has become more and more frequent over the last few years. There were 12 songs released in 2020 alone that spent their first week on Billboard’s singles chart in the No. 1 position.
