Blues and greens anyone?

One of the most anticipated releases of the year, the fragment design x Air Jordan 3 finally arrives this week. Along with it will be the introduction of the Jordan Cadence silhouette and a full apparel capsule collection. Nike is also bringing back a bunch of nostalgia – some old college flavor on the Dunk High in the form of a “Spartan Green” colorway for Michigan State fans and a “Limeade” variation of the Air Max 1 that plays off the Powerwall series from 2006. They’re also introducing a new Air Max Up for the females and adding a new colorway to the iconic Air Jordan 14. It’ll be a stressful week trying to keep up with all the Hot Cakes so let’s jump right into it.

fragment design x Air Jordan 3

Instead of the black, white and blue colorway used on the collaborative Air Jordan 1, Hiroshi Fujiwara has opted for a clean black and white palette on his latest Jordan Brand collaboration. Every little detail on this sneaker embodies the DNA of the two brands. We’re excited to see the spelled out SKU code on the lateral as well as the translucent Jumpman on the heel that gives way to the fragment thunderbolt underneath. Many retailers are doing raffles for these and SNKRS app will also be releasing the sneakers along with the apparel. I’m a huge fan of Fujiwara so these are a cop and rock for me but you can expect the flip to provide huge returns too. – Matt

Nike Dunk High “Spartan Green”

The Dunk High and college basketball team colorways are synonymous. Whether it’s the regular or SB treatment, the silhouette has honored numerous programs through the decades. This time around, the Michigan State Spartans get a colorway for their fans. The interstate rivalry with University of Michigan gets its own Dunk High duo to show allegiances (the Michigan colorway releases next week). You can pick these up at select retailers and on SNKRS app. I’m a UNC fan so you won’t catch me rocking any other school’s colors, these are a flip for me. – Matt

Nike Air Max 1 “Limeade”

If you were an Air Max collector back in the day (this feels weird to say cause it gives away my age), Nike’s Powerwall series in 2006 was the MUST HAVE set. It celebrated 20+ years of the Air Max series and featured the entire family of silhouettes with multiple color treatments and themed launches. One of the most sought after pairs, was the Air Max 1 “Lemonade.” Aptly named because of its color similarities to the drink, there was also an Air Max 1 “Pink Lemonade” and Air Max 90 “Lemonade.” To give new Air Max fans a chance to join in, Nike has decided to bring out a “Limeade” variation with the same “Air” design throughout the upper, lime insole and reflective materials. These are a must own for an AM guy like myself but they’ll be stocked until next summer for sure. Pick them up via select retailers and SNKRS app – Matt

Nike WMNS Air Max Up “Vast Grey Pink Crimson”

Nike will be releasing their new women’s exclusive Air Max Up with the Air Max silhouette and a Grey Pink Crimson palette. This exciting new release comes adorned with a new ramp Air unit, which is made with non-pressurized air and allows for additional shapes and different silhouettes and designs. This is combined with an incredibly soft cushion for the forefoot, made to appease women’s footprints and provides all-day comfort to run, walk, or just simply sport. You can pick them up via nike.com. – Sahar

Air Jordan 14 “Hyper Royal”

These sneakers basically look like the future, and we aren’t mad at them. Available in mens, kids and toddlers, the kicks feature white, black and hyper royal with leather construction and accented midsoles. The white rubber outsole rounds out the design. The zoom air cushioning makes these shoes great for making a statement on the court or everyday life. Buy them on SNKRS app. – Natasha
