School is back in session officially and with the 1st day fits out of the way, it’s time to mix up the rotation for fall and winter. This week there’s some less hype collaborations and some clean new takes on old school models. We’re definitely not mad, switch up your sneakers with this week’s releases. Let’s jump right into it.

Nike Dunk Low “Championship Red”

Nike is continuing to give Dunk fans new releases. After dropping off a St. John’s colorway last year, the Swoosh is reversing the palette with his latest release. Whether or not you care about college athletics and basketball, these are clean with the white overlays and easy to wear. Expect these to go quickly. Hit up SNKRS app or retail raffles like Extra Butter to cop.

Release Date: September 16, 2021
Retail: $100
Resell pre-release: $150 – $225

Noah x Vault by Vans Fall/Winter 2021 collection

Following their Spring/Summer 2021 collaboration, Noah and Vault by Vans return with another capsule collection this week. The five-shoe drop includes two Caballero VLT LX colorways and three Authentic One Piece VLT LX models. Paying homage to the roots of skateboarding and legendary skater Steve Caballero, the UltraCush insoles and co-branded laterals are for true OGs. Hairy suede uppers in spruce and black as well as wheat are perfect for the colder months. Hit up Noah’s flagship store and noahny.com to cop.

Release Date: September 16, 2021
Retail: $98 (Caballero), $88 (Authentic One Piece)
Resell pre-release: N/A

Jean-Michel Basquiat x Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Hi

Although there is an entire Jean-Michel Basquiat x Converse collection, my favorite pair is the Chuck Taylor All Star which is adorned with the artist’s iconic crown and dinosaur Pez Dispenser. Instantly recognizable, the 1984 piece sits atop black canvas and is stitched on. Truly switching up an icon by adding another icon’s touches, these are a must for any art lover. Hit up retailers like Extra Butter to cop.

Release Date: September 16, 2021
Retail: $70
Resell pre-release: N/A

Social Status x Nike “Free Lunch” Dunk Mid “Chocolate Milk”

If you missed on Social Status’ website last week for these, Nike will give you another chance to redeem yourself — although it’ll probably be an L via Draw. We’ve already said these were one of the most well thought-out models of the year and the story is impeccable. Hit up SNKRS app this week for two consecutive weeks of L’s, at least the resell price went downhill like crazy for those who actually want these to rock.

Release Date: September 17, 2021
Retail: $130
Resell pre-release: $250 – $350

Air Jordan 11 Low IE “Bred”

Personally, I’ve always thought that Air Jordan 11 Low was underrated and underappreciated. We all know the love around the AJ11 model but quite honestly, the Low in its OG form screams luxury and sophistication way more than its high counterpart. The full-grain leather with mesh vents and suede overlays was ahead of its time in ’96 and 25 years later, we’re still not worthy. Hit up SNKRS app to cop.

Release Date: September 17, 2021
Retail: $175
Resell pre-release: $235 – $480

Air Jordan 13 “Obsidian”

An interesting take on the AJ13, this pair keeps the beautiful tumbled leather upped with dimpled overlays in white while giving us a deep blue obsidian underneath. A powder blue outsole is completely unexpected but really adds a pop to these along with the iconic holograms. The best part? There’s sizing for the entire family. Hit up SNKRS app and retailers like Feature to get yours.

Release Date: September 18, 2021
Retail: $190 (Adults), $140 (Big Kids), $80 (Little Kids), $60 (Toddlers)
Resell pre-release: $245 – $415

Nike Dunk Low “Grey Fog”

Basically a Dunk Low version of the Air Jordan 1 Low “Neutral Grey,” these neutral palette low-tops are perfect for any style you may want to unleash during the colder months. There’s really nothing much to say about a white and light grey pair of sneakers except that every person should have at least 2 or 3 different types of them in the rotation since they go with everything. Hit up SNKRS app to cop.

Release Date: September 21, 2021
Retail: $100
Resell pre-release: $220 – $405
