Collaborations galore.

I hope you’ve let the frustration from last week’s Hot Cakes drops boil down and are ready to try your hand at purchasing some new heat this week. Whether you want to throw them on your feet immediately, flip them, or save them for post-rona, that’s up to you. I’m here to give you the 411 on this week’s drops so let’s jump right into it.

Hot Ones x Reebok Question Mid

I’ve been watching First We Feast’s Hot Ones series for a very long time – when they were doing like 5K views a video. Now that the show has celebrities attempting their crazy hot wings challenge while answering “burning” questions, it makes sense they’re putting out a sneaker for loyal fans. Choosing the Question Mid silhouette from Reebok, the upper is covered in a fierce red colorway to represent the burning sensation of super hot sauces. The Hot Ones logo makes it onto the heel while flame icons adorn the eyelets and the Scoville Level meter rises on the tongue. If you’re into hot kicks and hot wings, this is the perfect mashup for you. Hit up select retailers like END. and to purchase.

Release Date: February 17, 2021 (Today)
Retail: $160
Resell pre-release: $125 – $250

Stüssy x Nike Air Huarache “Desert Oak”

Last week Stüssy dropped their latest Nike collaboration in a duo of colorways. While the “Olive” variation was an exclusive for them, the “Desert Oak” colorway will make its way to SNKRS app and retailers like Feature this week for you to get a second chance at. The Air Huarache is a timeless silhouette like many of the ’90s models and I absolutely love the earthy tones on this pair as we hopefully transition into warmer weather quickly.

Release Date: February 18, 2021
Retail: $120
Resell pre-release: $180 – $280

Nike Dunk Low “Medium Grey”

This UNLV-inspired colorway of the Dunk Low has always been popular. If you weren’t able to get your hands on the Off-White version from 2019, these will be your best shot. The “Medium Grey” and “Varsity Red” on this pair glistens with the high quality materials used and the best part is there’s sizing for the entire family to match. Let’s pray SNKRS app doesn’t crash again…

Release Date: February 18, 2021
Retail: $100 (adults), $85 (big kids), $65 (little kids), $50 (toddlers)
Resell pre-release: $180 – $650

Women’s Air Jordan 1 “Silver Toe”

Jordan Brand has decided to switch up 2018’s “Gold Toe” Air Jordan 1 model with a silver rendition. The silver crinkle on the toe box and heel panels – inspired by space and flight – might deter some from purchasing this pair, but I like that it draws on MJ’s original message of flight and creativity. SNKRS app and select retailers will carry these.

Release Date: February 19, 2021
Retail: $170
Resell pre-release: $250 – $480

UNDERCOVER x Nike Overbreak

Jun Takahashi’s UNDERCOVER brand has collaborated with Nike numerous times and the duo are once again returning with a pair of footwear that inspires both “Chaos” and “Balance.” The last year has been great for “Sail” and “Fossil” colorways and the new Nike Overbreak silhouette is receiving a makeover in that color at just the right time. Adding in the rose embroidery above the Swoosh and this is a sure-fire hit for everyone. If only they arrived before VDay… Hit up retailers like Feature and Extra Butter for raffles on both the “Black” and “Overcast/Fossil” pairs now.

Release Date: February 19, 2021
Retail: $160
Resell pre-release: $300 – $1,050

Air Jordan 3 “Cool Grey”

Originally released back in 2007, the “Cool Grey” colorway of the Air Jordan 3 is finally getting a retro. I love this colorway – whether it’s one the AJ3, AJ4 or AJ11 – the palette is just perfect. The red and orange accents on the eyelets, Jumpman logos, insoles and Air unit really bring together the shades of grey throughout the upper and in the cement elephant print. Gotta have these. Hit up SNKRS app and local retailer raffles to cop a pair, or two. Who knows when JB will drop these again.

Release Date: February 20, 2021
Retail: $190
Resell pre-release: $230 – $690
