This week we’re keeping it simple on the sneaker releases radar, only collaborations. Heading into the end of the year, these are sneakers that could make a run for kicks of the year come December. Let’s jump right into it.

Supreme x Nike Cross Trainer Low

We dedicated an entire post to the Fall/Winter 2021 Supreme x Nike Cross Trainer Low so we don’t have much else to add. Whether you opt for the white or black colorway, both are great for colder weather and can be worn with either jeans or sweats. Supreme stores will have them in limited stock as well as supremenewyork.com.

Release Date: October 14, 2021 (US, Europe), October 16, 2021 (Japan)

Denim Tears x ASICS GEL-MC Plus “Angora” & “Burnt Ochre”

Denim Tears designer Tremaine Emory tells us the story of how he spent his summers growing up in Harlem, Georgia and playing in the red clay with these two ASICS sneakers. The leather and mesh combination go hand-in-hand with the pre-distressed and stained look that mimics the red clay stains of the unpaved roads Emory used to play on. Hit up denimtears.com and select retailers like Feature to cop both the “Cream” and “Brick” colorways.

Release Date: October 15, 2021
Retail: $160
Resell pre-release: $250 – $450 (Cream), $250 – $700 (Brick)

Social Status x Nike “Free Lunch” Dunk Mid “Strawberry Milk”

Social Status is following up their “Chocolate Milk” Dunk Mid with a “Strawberry Milk” iteration. Once again the influence of school lunch can be found on the sneakers and a palette of reds, pinks and beiges call out the mid-day beverage. The translucent Swoosh has a milk pouring graphic while special packaging further brings together the theme. Hit up socialstatuspgh.com at 11am EST to cop.

Release Date: October 15, 2021

Awake NY x Vans Sk8-Hi collection

Angelo Baque’s cult favorite brand Awake NY has teamed up with Vans for a trio of classic Sk8-Hi silhouettes that don the timeless checkerboard pattern. Awake’s logo is debossed on the shoe’s forefoot while Batik swatches featuring wax-resistant dye and a digitally printed checkerboard pattern is the center of attention. The collection was created in partnership with Foot Locker’s Greenhouse and is meant to bridge East and West Coast flavors. To cop, hit up awakenyclothing.com, the Greenhouse app and Foot Locker.

Release Date: October 15, 2021 (Awake website), October 20, 2021 (Greenhouse app), October 22, 2021 (Foot Locker)

adidas YEEZY BOOST 700 “Wash Orange”

Kanye West and adidas Originals are gearing up for Halloween alongside fans with the release of this perfectly timed orange footwear. We’ve seen the bright orange BOOST unit a few times in the past but this go around, it’s complemented by a grey mesh upper. If you’re going for a color-themed look on the 31st of this month, these are for you. Hit up CONFIRMED app and yeezysupply.com to cop.

Release Date: October 16, 2021
Retail: $240
Resell pre-release: $340 – $480

END. x Reebok Beatnik “Reported Sightings”

END. has tapped into myth for their latest collaboration with Reebok. Using the Beatnik mule silhouette, END. is inspired by “mythical beasts and unexplained findings” and translates that into Yeti-like suede upper textures. Tooth-like rubber outsoles support the adjustable straps and faux fur lines the seams to complete the look. We really dig these as indoor slippers for the winter. Hit up END. to enter the raffle for both the “Dark Brown” and “Grey” colorways now.

Release Date: October 16, 2021
Retail: $105
Resell pre-release: N/A
