I can’t stress enough how excited I am for spring to be here because it means I can go for jogs without freezing and also head out to trails on the weekends. If you’re like me, and have grown to love the outdoors more and more with age (or have always loved it), this week’s Fire Finds is definitely worth a look.
Whether you’re going for short hikes, quick runs or bike rides around the hood, you can’t go wrong with The North Face Bozer Hip Pack Large. Usually I’d recommend an activity specific vest or apparel, but this bag is perfect for carrying your essentials – keys, phone, wallet, headphones, nutrition bar, etc. And if you care about looking good while sweating up a storm, this polyester pack can be worn around the waist as intended or like a sling bag (has that trend sailed yet?).
Not only does the main zipper compartment and internal secure-zip pocket allow you to bring all the previously mentioned essentials, an external stash pocket is perfect for holding hydration. So whether you have your own reusable water bottle or choose to bring a plastic one, the elastic fastener ensures that your valuable liquid is secure.
While I’m like every New Yorker and black is my uniform color of choice, I like some color on my accessories, especially the outdoor ones. Luckily for me, there’s a woodland patterned version of this bag available for $40 via Kith. For those that wish to stay true to all-black, there’s that option as well. Happy outdoor exercising everyone.
