By now, wearing a mask (or two) should be second nature, like putting on your AirPods or jewelry. But not all masks are created equal. For those who want a more stylish and technologically advanced option, there’s the new XUPERMASK. From the mind of Black Eyed Peas member and designer Jose I. Fernandez, the innovative mask was crafted in partnership with Honeywell.

Built with a silicone face seal and elastic straps, the mask also features dual 3-speed fans and HEPA filters so that you’re safe during and post-pandemic. The wearable tech is most notable for its active noise cancelling audio, microphone, Bluetooth connectivity, LED glow lights and magnetic earbud docking system. Honestly, I can’t tell if this is better off as a mask or as a replacement for AirPods or both. The best part about the product is the 7-hour battery, ensuring you get from point A to point B safely and comfortably.

Retailing for $299, you can pick up the XUPERMASK in either white/gray/orange or black/black/orange. You can choose either a small/medium sizing or medium/large fitting for the mask. It’ll arrive with a XUPERKIT that includes a carrying case, 3 months supply of HEPA filters, multi-size ear tips, fabric mask and USB-C charging cable. You can buy it now via had this to say about the project:

“I created XUPERMASK to change the game of our new normal… In this new age of style and security, XUPERMASK is uncompromising protection with high-tech performance for the modern lifestyle… Alongside Honeywell, we’ve engineered the accessory with state-of-the-art breathing filtration.”
